Blend	A mixture of two or more straight coffees.
Bodum Bistro	Brand name of plunger type coffee maker which separates the grounds with a filter forced through the coffee.
Bodum Grind	Course ground coffee for Bodum plunger coffee makers.
Body	The sense of richness or thickness when one tastes coffee.
Bogota	A straight coffee from Columbia.
Bourbon	A botanical variety of Coffea Arabica grown in Reunion, Mexico and Brazil.
Bourbon Santos	The finest of Brazilian coffees.
Brazilian	A straight coffee.
Brown Roast	Coffee roasted to North American standard; medium brown.
Bucaramanga	A straight (low-acid) coffee from Columbia.
Bugishu	A straight coffee from Uganda.
Cafe Au Lait	Beverage of approximately 1/3 coffee (from a dark roast) and 2/3 hot milk (served in a wide bowl).

Caffeine	The chemical substance that provides the stimulating effect of coffee and tea; an odorless, slightly bitter alkaloid.
Cappuccino	Beverage of espresso coffee mixed with frothed milk.

Chanchamayo	A straight coffee from Peru.

"Water Only"	Coffee decaffeinated without the use of a solvent.
